• Lead the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) to meet commitments and timing.
• Manage scope changes, SOW/SSOWs, and PD-3 approvals.
• Plan and drive 0-0-100-100-90 launch metrics and risk mitigation.
• Monitor financial targets and BOM cost targets across the program.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure resources for launch.
• Maintain customer focus and effective communication across stakeholders.
