As part of the Commercial & Business Operations arm within the Global Operations for Assets and Tooling team, we are responsible to help leadership run the business, and support the strategic negotiators land deals quickly and be able to maximize our returns.
As a Commercial and Business Operations Program Manager, you will lead the strategic transformation of our operational workflows across the Network, Land, Infrastructure, and Energy domains. In this highly cross-functional role, you will architect comprehensive KPI programs and advocate the integration of AI and automation to resolve complex bottlenecks. By streamlining end-to-end commercial approval processes and transitioning manual tasks into scalable, tech-enabled solutions, you will empower leadership with actionable insights and accelerate execution. You will act as a central strategic partner, driving process excellence and ensuring our business operations are robust, efficient, and ready to scale.
