Job summary

Oracle is seeking a program leader to oversee front-end planning data center construction programs in a dynamic, enterprise environment. You will define scope, craft detailed plans, and coordinate cross-project activities while managing risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in technology or enterprise environments.
  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary programs and deliver results.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
