Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee a complex program composed of three interrelated projects. While each project will have its own dedicated Project Manager, this role is responsible for managing the overall program-level risks, dependencies, and governance. This includes leading Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership and ensuring alignment across all projects.

• Transition of MMP Product to a FIDE SNP
• Annual Enrollment for 2026
• Enhancements to Enrollment Processes and Systems, including compliance with upcoming regulatory changes

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interdependencies and risks across the three projects
• Facilitate and lead program-level Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment with senior stakeholders
• Support Project Managers in navigating shared resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Track and report on program-level progress, issues, and milestones

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple concurrent projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, especially with executive audiences
• Expertise in healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid programs (preferred)
• Familiarity with FIDE SNP transitions and regulatory requirements a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams in Eastern Time (EST) hours
