Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or management required.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee major programs and projects of great significance to agency needs.
• Manage sub-programs and long-range plans within multi-year efforts.
• Define technical approach and negotiate resources with agency personnel.
• Establish and control milestones, schedules, budgets and costs for the program.
