Job summary

DCS Corp in the United States is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to support F-15 Division programs. You will apply a full range of acquisition philosophy, policies, and procedures to execute a broad set of management activities.

You will assist in developing MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs, ORDs, ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, and related milestone documentation, coordinating inputs across functional resources and planning for program milestones.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience in DoD acquisition and program management contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review documents such as MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs and ORD/ICD/CDD/CPD.
• Assist coordination of documentation across functional areas (finance, management, procurement, engineering, logistics).
• Collect programmatic inputs from weapons systems offices for USAF and FMS F-15 configurations.

Job Description

The candidate shall apply a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition management activities in support of the existing and future F-15 Division aircraft programs.

Essential Job Functions:

The candidate shall assist with the development of documents, such as, but not limited to, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents (RFRD).

The candidate shall support the review of proposals as assigned by the Government. The candidate shall assist with the following coordination of documentation between functional resources, including but not limited to, financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics) and assist with the consolidation of their inputs into common documents, and planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones.

The candidate shall assist in the collection of programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades to the various USAF and FMS F-15 aircraft configurations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience 8 of which must be in the DoD, an Associate’s Degree plus 14 years, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of experience or a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience is required.

Active Top Secret clearance.
