Job summary

DCS Corp in the United States is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to apply full range of program management practices for existing and future F-15 Division aircraft programs. The role requires supporting development of major doctrinal documents and coordinating cross-functional inputs to meet milestones.

Candidates must hold US citizenship, have DoD experience, and an active Secret clearance. A strong educational background with substantial relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs, Mission Needs Statements, ORD, ICD, CDD, CPD, Milestone Documentation, AoA, and RFRD documents.
• Support review of proposals as assigned by Government; coordinate documentation among functional resources (finance, management, procurement, engineering, logistics) and consolidate inputs into common documents; plan for program milestones.
• Assist in collecting programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing acquisition and upgrades to USAF and FMS F-15 configurations.

Job description

The candidate shall apply a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition management activities in support of the existing and future F-15 Division aircraft programs.

Essential Job Functions:

The candidate shall assist with the development of documents, such as, but not limited to, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Statements of Objective (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents (RFRD).

The candidate shall support the review of proposals as assigned by the Government. The candidate shall assist with the following coordination of documentation between functional resources, including but not limited to, financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics) and assist with the consolidation of their inputs into common documents, and planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones.

The candidate shall assist in the collection of programmatic inputs from weapons systems program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades to the various USAF and FMS F-15 aircraft configurations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience 8 of which must be in the DoD, an Associate’s Degree plus 14 years, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of experience or a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience is required.

Active Secret clearance.
