Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead cross-functional, high-visibility programs from vision to delivery. You will manage multi-workstream initiatives with technology teams, ensuring measurable business benefits while upholding governance and ethical decision-making.

Remote-based with Maryland focus, the role requires strong leadership, governance expertise, and the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 12+ months of SAFe experience in a current or recent role.
  • SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Experience delivering with technology teams in the web/digital space (web platforms, CMS, digital experience).
  • Adobe stack experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team-building and conflict resolution skills.
  • Deep governance, financial management, and benefits realization experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset for fast-paced environments.

What You Bring
  • At least 12 months' recent experience working in a SAFe team.
  • SAFe certification is a plus
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs
  • A background delivering alongside technology teams in the web or digital space - web platforms, CMS, digital experience, or similar.
  • Adobe stack experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills with the confidence and presence to guide both your team and the clients
  • Deep experience in governance, financial management, and benefits realization
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
