The Program Manager, Executive Compensation, is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading executive compensation strategies and programs that align with the Main Line Health business objectives and talent goals. This role ensures driven and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, process standardization, and strategic guidance to HR and business leaders. This role also leads the execution of annual executive compensation cycles in addition to supporting other compensation cycles while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, employee experience and process improvement initiatives. This role will also have specific involvement with preparation, presentation and decision-making influence with key executive leaders and compensation board members.

Program Manager, Executive Compensation
Monday - Friday, day shift. Hybrid work schedule requiring at least two days onsite at our Radnor Corporate Office.
Minimum of 5 years, preferably more, in compensation required, including a minimum of 2 of those years specific to executive compensation. Healthcare compensation experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
