Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Program Manager for Events, Brand & Experiences to plan and execute high-impact experiential moments that engage team members, suppliers, and communities. You will lead end-to-end event delivery, manage budgets, and optimize processes across multiple programs.

You will collaborate with our Brand Engagement & Experiences team to shape event branding, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and coordinate with creative, design, and communications

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or program management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event planning and execution across campus, supplier, and company programs, from scoping and budgeting through day-of delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of events ranging from leadership gatherings to large-scale programs with 2,000+ attendees.
• Coordinate annual team member recognition programs, including nominations, creative production, and ceremony execution.
• Own vendor sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and budget tracking across all events.
• Leverage AI tools to support project management, budgeting, and planning workflows
• Partner with creative, design, and communications teams on event branding and materials; ability to self-design is a plus
• Support the Event Director across programs and provide operational coverage as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase event quality and efficiency.

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the planning and execution of team member and supplier facing events by creating scalable processes to stand up multiple high-impact, experiential moments that build Whole Foods Market brand love.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• 2-4 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or program management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience planning events in a corporate, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with Amazon systems and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
