Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions in Milwaukee, WI seeks a seasoned Program Manager with 5–6 years in EMS to own customer programs from order intake through delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain or business.
• 5–6 years program management in EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with SMT/PCBA and PCB assembly processes.
• Ability to manage technical customer accounts: quoting, costing, pricing talks.
• Knowledge of quality systems; ITAR/ISO environments exposure.
• Strong customer relationships, emotional intelligence and integrity.
• Understanding of PLM concepts and cross‑functional execution.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5 to 6 years of program management experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or a closely related electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment involving SMT and PCBA, with working knowledge of PCB assembly processes (SMT and wave soldering).
• Proven ability to manage technical customer accounts, including quoting support, program cost tracking, and customer-facing pricing conversations.
• Working knowledge of quality systems and regulated environments, including exposure to ITAR and/or ISO-based quality management systems.
• Experience building strong customer relationships; high emotional intelligence, patience, integrity, and comfort handling difficult conversations.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts and cross-functional execution across operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
