Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization
- Consult with customer and contractor personnel to ensure task plans and deliverables meet program requirements
- Oversee completion of assigned tasks and support marketing personnel in business acquisition
- Develop and track execution of budgets, assisting in funding requests and travel coordination
- Facilitate meetings and prepare briefing materials for events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Background in Navy or military training programs, curriculum development, and classroom/site survey design
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship generally required)
- Leadership skills to organize and assign responsibilities while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Navy or military experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in program administration, scheduling, and planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
