Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization
  • Consult with customer and contractor personnel to ensure task plans and deliverables meet program requirements
  • Oversee completion of assigned tasks and support marketing personnel in business acquisition
  • Develop and track execution of budgets, assisting in funding requests and travel coordination
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare briefing materials for events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Background in Navy or military training programs, curriculum development, and classroom/site survey design
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship generally required)
  • Leadership skills to organize and assign responsibilities while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Navy or military experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled in program administration, scheduling, and planning
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
