Key Responsibilities

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy and a proven track record in OnDemand Policy migration projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of Duck Creek OnDemand Policy platform.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale Duck Creek OnDemand Policy migration programs from initiation through deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define migration strategy, scope, and timelines.
Develop and manage roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Align program objectives with organizational strategy and IT capabilities.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance standards.
Drive stakeholder communication and reporting, including executive-level updates.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery milestones are met.
Coordinate testing, data conversion, and cutover planning activities.
Identify and resolve program-level issues and dependencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executives and team members.
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and compliance standards.
Track and report on program KPIs and success metrics.
Implement best practices in project and program management.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

Over 15 years of experience in Duck Creek implementation experience.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with Duck Creek tools such as Author, Express, and Data Insights.
Background in P&C insurance domain, especially policy administration systems.
Experience with managing large cloud migration and associated DevOps practices

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $181,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
