Job summary

Crescent Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Richardson, TX to oversee large, complex development and production programs. You will manage internal planning, scheduling, budgeting, and guide cross-functional teams to meet objectives, while interfacing with the external Program Manager and customers.

This role requires experience with program control, EVMs, and monthly financial reporting, and mandates U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management
• Experience managing large, complex development/procurement programs
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and program control processes

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from planning to delivery and closeout
• Establish and manage program budgets and schedules
• Prepare monthly trend and financial performance reports and ETCs
• Coordinate with external Program Manager and customer teams
• Communicate status, risks, and plans to senior management
