Location: Stafford, VA Pay Rate: $175,000 – $190,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Program Manager in the aerospace or defense industry (IT excluded) to manage Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, proven leadership in integrated project teams, and deep knowledge of the DoD acquisition process.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, executive leadership, and industry partners to ensure alignment with customer priorities, program objectives, and overall operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee DoD programs from initiation through execution and delivery
