Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to provide research support administration for our government customer in Falls Church, VA. The role emphasizes oversight of deliverables, performance metrics, and coordination with DoD agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or higher and has at least three years in program management with DoD and blood banking experience, with proven ability to lead teams and communicate with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 3+ years experience
• 3+ years program management with DoD
• 3+ years blood banking experience
• Ability to manage complex deliverables and communicate across client interfaces

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel; deliver business management support and data analytics for blood management.
• Submit Monthly Progress Report (MPR) detailing expenditures, billings, progress and issues.
• Meet with customer and contractor to formulate task plans and deliverables.
• Assist in developing mission and vision statements and setting goals.
• Build operational plans with measurable outcomes and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
