Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Program Manager-Deputy Director for the Construction Management Department to lead Florida community facility programs, including healthcare, education, and administrative facilities.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle from planning to closeout, coordinating with clients, consultants, and Jacobs experts to drive governance, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes. This onsite role in Davie, FL requires 25+ years in CIP leadership, CMAA/AACE/PMI certification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 25+ years of experience in facilities design, construction, and CIP management.
• Certification from CMAA, AACE, or PMI required (CMAA preferred).
• Experience leading large-scale vertical building programs (healthcare, education, admin, etc.).
• Experience in Owner's Representative/Program Management roles with end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, consultant teams, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of capital improvement programs for Florida community facilities.
• Manage procurement strategies, contractor selection, and construction contract negotiations.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; provide executive-level reporting on performance, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate with Jacobs' technical specialists to support project delivery and resolve challenges.
• Develop and maintain program management plans, processes, and workflows.
