Google LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Deployment Orchestration to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning data centers and TPU deployments. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional partners across multiple offices and time zones.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of program or project management experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing programs across distributed systems.
  • 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 5 years in a customer-facing role supporting Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Experience in data centers and mission-critical facilities operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities.
  • Collaborate extensively with partners and stakeholders to ensure synchronized efforts, sequencing materials and resources.
  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center for end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments.
  • Shift and deploy teams in advance of work, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling.
  • Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to meet objectives on time and within budget.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Proficient experience in program or project management, mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain.
  • Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving project objectives on schedule and within budget.
  • Integrated approach to lifecycle management of data center operations, including hardware, software, and process.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.

  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center, a centralized capability providing end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments.
  • Shift and deploy teams in advance of work as projects need to change, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling.
  • Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
