Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary DoD program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of Industrial Control Systems, including UMCS, HVAC controls, SCADA, Fire Alarm, and related life safety systems.

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager - Department of Defense. The Program Manager leads a multidisciplinary program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance services for Industrial Control Systems that include UMCS, HVAC controls, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, Electronic Security Systems, metering, and related life safety and force protection technologies. This role oversees multiple simultaneous task orders at federal facilities, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, cybersecurity, and safety objectives are met. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact to government stakeholders, guiding program planning, staffing, subcontractor management, risk management, and reporting. The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract. This effort supports a Department of Defense engineering and support mission.
