Overview

As a Program Manager, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Support global Phase 1–4 trial implementation in close partnership with project leads.
  • Oversee site activation and operational execution across study timelines.
  • Develop and review study-related documents with a strong understanding of GCP and EC/IRB submissions.
  • Train site and CRO staff and support ongoing oversight and project management activities.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, building trust and alignment across key stakeholders.
  • Embrace clinical trial innovation, including Direct-to-Patient models, Digital Health, and Data Science integration.
Qualifications

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or graduate degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred.
  • 8+ years of total business experience, including 5+ years in a clinical development environment (pharma, CRO, medical device, or similar).
  • Strong background in clinical research operations, with hands-on experience supporting global trials from start to finish.
  • Solid understanding of GCP, regulatory processes, and trial oversight best practices.
  • A passion for innovation and interest in advancing next-gen trial models.
