The successful candidate will combine strong people management capabilities with program-building, culture focus, process orientation, and will work with and across investment teams to enhance consistency, training, and execution by the junior credit team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience within private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting environments, ideally with exposure to investment teams and/or talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree and approximately 7-10+ years professional experience, with increasing scope of responsibility in program management, team leadership, or platform-building roles.
