Program Manager, Creative Digital Design

Overview
MANSCAPED is a leading men’s grooming and lifestyle brand. We seek a Program Manager, Creative Digital Design to lead intake, prioritization, and execution of creative assets across digital and static channels. You will manage the full lifecycle of digital asset development, coordinating with internal stakeholders, designers, vendors, and legal partners to ensure on-time, on-brand output optimized for each use case.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake and prioritization of creative requests, ensuring efficient processing of both digital and static asset needs aligned with business priorities
- Lead end-to-end management of digital asset workflows (web design, marketing banners, social graphics, blog visuals, email visuals)
- Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution and brand consistency
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage outsourced production (5 & Done); oversee timelines, quality, and asset delivery
- Develop and deploy key creative asset types (retailer web assets, marketplace assets, blog visuals, email and social visuals, digital and static ads, IG captions and GIFs, email graphics, PR event creative)
- Handle one-off retail creative requests (excluding fixtures, campaigns, and new retailer launches)
- Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to manage copy reviews and ensure compliance
- Manage concepts for brand campaigns ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize workstreams and optimize workload across creative and marketing functions
- Facilitate collaborative priority conversations among creative, marketing, and retail teams
- Drive process ideation and continuous improvement across creative operations
- Monitor timelines and resources, surface risks, and resolve blockers
- Lead project kickoffs, weekly standups, milestone reviews; document progress across workstreams
- Balance strategic priorities with execution and promote cross-functional accountability
- Manage updates to project templates; onboard teams to tools and processes
- Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business priorities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creative program management or marketing operations in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of digital and static creative workflows, timelines, and asset types
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing outsourced creative pipelines
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate creative needs into structured plans
- Proactive problem-solver who values quality and cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with focus on process optimization
- Understanding of legal and compliance workflows related to marketing and creative content is a plus
- Experience with retail, eCommerce, or consumer product creative teams preferred

Compensation
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000 USD
