Job description

The Program Manager, Core Curriculum & Communications Specialist will support various development programs for Technology and Operations colleagues, with a particular emphasis in two key areas:

Core Curriculum: Lead the development of core learning offerings (e.g., online learning, experiences, certifications, etc.) with support of the design lead and fellow program managers. Gather feedback from associates, managers and other program stakeholders and work to refine the offerings as needed. Work cross-functionally to track offerings and create reporting.

Communications and Branding: assist in the strategic planning and execution of marketing materials (internal and external), and communications efforts relating to all development programs. Develop and send program-specific communications to program participants, leadership and other stakeholders as needed and align them to the annual communications calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing + Communications

  • Design marketing materials and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across the enterprise, mainly via our internal intranet.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.
  • Work to further the program brand within the Enterprise.

Curriculum Development

  • Source various types of learning offerings (curriculum) for program associates.
  • Leverage internal and external learning materials and mediums to ensure development of key competencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution – including the Program Office, Human Resources, Enterprise Learning + Development, and more.
  • Gather feedback on curriculum and assist with the implementation of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of strategic experience in program management or program support, or marketing and communications with a passion for career development.
  • Strong creative skills including creation of marketing materials to align learning outcomes with organizational goals and needs of the Technology function including an openness to emerging technologies while adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills as a self-starter who can leverage internal resources and materials to help build and optimize a strategic learning plan.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to manage various competing priorities
