The Program Manager provides data management, outcomes analysis, clinical support and oversight to direct services staff, supporting them in collaborating with students, caregivers, educational staff, county agencies, and community organizations to strengthen efforts related to Student Welfare and Attendance. They work to remove barriers to student success by offering direct services, resources, and support to students and families and by helping measure the impact of the services provided. Additionally, they serve as a key resource for invested partners and ensure that all programs align with established guidelines and standards. This position reports to the assigned administrator.
