About the Role

Lead all aspects of completing large-scale programs for a major client across 2,800 US sites. This individual will coordinate the successful execution of multi-year, phased rollouts involving infrastructure, technology, or operational changes across a distributed enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering scalable programs over multiple years, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure execution perfection and long-term client happiness.

This is REMOTE, any location near an airport in the US.

What You’ll Do

Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Ensure consistent standards, documentation, and communication across all workstreams and geographies.

Lead all aspects of site readiness, prioritization, installation, and quality assurance at scale.

Lead weekly/monthly status meetings with internal and client collaborators, providing clear updates on program health.

Identify and minimize risks efficiently through prioritization and structured change management.

Implement robust governance frameworks, supervising KPIs, SLAs, and ensuring program transparency through executive reporting. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable plans.

Develop and manage detailed rollout schedules, achievements, and deliverables across multi-phase initiatives.

Own and drive the program roadmap, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of each deployment wave.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a nationwide program spanning 2,800 sites over a 7-year timeline.

Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel encouraged

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is helpful, along with 8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale, multi-site rollouts.

  • Experience with site activation, deployment logistics, vendor coordination, and field operations.

  • Experience managing large programs (1000+ sites) over multi-year timelines.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • PMP certification preferred; Agile experience a plus.

  • Experience in retail, healthcare or acute care facilities environments.

  • Background in technology deployment, facilities upgrades, or network infrastructure rollouts.

  • Experience working with clients with regulatory or compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA, FGI)

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 110000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 120000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
