We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager, Compliance to oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated projects within a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will ensure projects align with organizational goals, deliver value, and comply with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel as needed. Accountabilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple interrelated projects to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution and goal alignment.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
  • Monitor project performance, adjusting plans and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Partner with leadership to establish long-term goals and strategies for the department.
  • Ensure proper handling and protection of confidential data, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and report status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in financial services or retirement plan administration.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in business analysis, drafting procedures, training materials, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with PC applications, including MS Office and SQL.
  • Ability to establish an uninterrupted virtual workspace and meet internet connectivity requirements for remote work.
