Job description

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of cloud gaming and subscription-based services, engaging with high-profile partners and contributing to strategic growth initiatives within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic partner management, analytics, and program management to drive improvements in cloud gaming funnel conversion and partner success.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage strategic partnerships with leading brands, overseeing onboarding, partner education, and growth opportunities.
  2. Develop strategies for cloud gaming funnel analysis and conversion improvements to optimize subscription sign-ups.
  3. Lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts, overseeing project statuses, setting program expectations, and facilitating cross-functional introductions.
  4. Execute and track campaigns, manage deliverables, and report on partnership roadmaps and campaign outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic partner management, preferably with major technology brands
  • At least 3 years of experience in funnel analytics and strategic development
  • 5 years of project/program management experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Power BI; ability to interpret and present data insights
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for effective data visualization and compelling presentations
  • Familiarity with subscription models and funnel management
