Job summary

The Klarman Family Foundation invites applications for a Program Manager to lead day-to-day outreach and analysis for a forthcoming capital funding initiative aimed at strengthening communities of color across Massachusetts.

This new role requires a proactive, detail-oriented project manager who can coordinate with the Director, Local Initiatives and Partnerships and connect with local ecosystems and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is an effective project manager with proactive support to the Director, Local Initiatives and Partnerships, demonstrate familiarity with local ecosystems that make communities stronger and with place-based initiatives and/or philanthropy, possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outreach and analysis for a capital funding initiative designed to strengthen communities of color within Massachusetts.
• Support the Foundation’s evolving place-based initiatives and monitoring of community assets across the Commonwealth.
