Your Talent
  • 2-4 years of experience in golf club or similar sporting goods product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Project.
  • Experience with critical chain project management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with ProChain project management software and methodology is helpful.
  • Experience managing PLM systems and creating Bills of Material.
  • Ability to adapt and develop creative solutions to ensure on-time product availability and readiness amid changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow impacts related to supply decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and global suppliers across different time zones. Open communication and good listening skills are essential.
  • Passion for the sport-lifestyle business; golf industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

The base pay range for this position is $68,640 - $87,140. Compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Your Mission
  • Collaborate across functions including Product Management, R&D, Innovation, Operations & Sales to ensure timely development and delivery of new products, meeting all requirements for successful global launches.
  • Create and analyze project schedules throughout their lifecycle, generating scenarios to guide project teams and facilitate quick decision-making.
  • Maintain and update project schedules regularly, participating in all update meetings with Engineering and Asia teams to ensure projects stay on track. Communicate critical information and updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Tier 1/2 suppliers to meet global launch schedules, integrating supplier timelines into project schedules and monitoring feedback.
  • Support ad-hoc cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Ensure all commercialization deliverables, including samples, fittings, demos, and launch requirements, are met.
  • Assist Program Management and Master Data teams in managing part numbers and BOMs within Cobra’s PLM system, coordinating global system setups.
  • Manage supplier capacity and production priorities, ensuring all program requirements are planned and met.
  • Lead capacity analysis and negotiations with Tier 1/2 suppliers for assigned programs.
  • Lead cost negotiations with Operations, reviewing program costs such as FOB, margins, and tooling.
  • Participate in cost-savings initiatives.
  • Work with Innovation and R&D to understand long-term supply chain needs and capability requirements for future growth.
