Summary:

The Colocation Program Manager in the Global Cloud and Data Center Vertical Markets oversees project management for the portfolio managed by Convergint. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining account programs, standards, procedures, and processes. You will act as the primary client contact for project and operational issues, conduct reviews, and recommend improvements. You will manage project sequencing, timelines, scope adjustments, and ensure consistent communication and documentation. You will oversee the full lifecycle of data center projects from design to completion and develop/support customer service plans. You will work as part of a core account team focused on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and growth.

• Participate in Convergint's Recruit Awesome People program to promote our culture and attract top talent.
• Develop, implement, and manage the account program for Data Center customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for individual accounts, managing communication and understanding customer needs.
• Implement customer vision and standard processes to ensure internal efficiency and uniformity.
• Support Strategic Account Managers in introducing additional offerings and demonstrating value through technology and service solutions.
• Foster collaboration across regions and divisions, sharing best practices and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor technical teams.
• Create and update the customer playbook.
• Work closely with local offices and strategic teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote Convergint's value.
• Support and develop the vertical practice, promoting Convergint's values and beliefs.
• Serve as SME for customer technical standards and procedures.
• Maintain internal support and training resources.
• Manage the delivery of new product solutions, overseeing product lifecycle and interactions with technical teams.
• Lead product introductions and stay engaged with emerging technologies.
• Travel 25% to 50% as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
