Summary:
The Colocation Program Manager in the Global Cloud and Data Center Vertical Markets oversees project management for the portfolio managed by Convergint. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining account programs, standards, procedures, and processes. You will act as the primary client contact for project and operational issues, conduct reviews, and recommend improvements. You will manage project sequencing, timelines, scope adjustments, and ensure consistent communication and documentation. You will oversee the full lifecycle of data center projects from design to completion and develop/support customer service plans. You will work as part of a core account team focused on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and growth.
