Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager - Cloud, AI, Databricks.
In this role, the successful Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and delivery of multiple large and complex IT projects and programs throughout the entire lifecycle, with a specialized focus on Cloud, AI, and Databricks projects. This role involves coordinating the efforts of vendors, internal teams, and other business units to ensure successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will lead the PM Center of Excellence, fostering best practices and innovation in project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, project/program financial management, and resource management practices.
Demonstrated success managing large complex IT projects within formal processes and methodologies such as PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Experience leading Cloud, AI, and Databricks projects and programs with compressed timelines and high visibility.
Proven ability to effectively present to executives.
Must be analytical, process-oriented, and able to apply structure to complex problems.
Strong leadership, team-building, vendor, and customer relations skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, or related).
7+ years of direct project management experience.
Proven track record of leading successful projects in AI, Cloud implementation or migration.
Experience with Databricks or similar applications is highly desired.
Healthcare industry experience is highly desired.
PMP Certification, preferred
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 - $173,250.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
