Harvard University in Cambridge, MA invites applications for a Program Manager role within the Human Flourishing Program to support Christianity & The Common Good (CCG). You will oversee administrative, financial, and communications operations, coordinating with IQSS and partners to advance scholarly work and public engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a BA and at least five years of related experience, with strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset to manage staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in educational and/or social impact leadership.
• 2+ years of project and event management experience preferred.
• Strong communication (oral, written) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative – manage day-to-day operations; interview, hire, and manage staff; assign and review work of staff; schedule CCG activities; manage all aspects of course creation and delivery; act as a liaison for affiliated faculty and researchers.
• Financial Operations – manage day-to-day financial operations for CCG including budgeting and developing and managing systems that track finances, invoicing systems, purchasing systems, and other financial processes.
• Communications – develop and execute communications strategy for CCG, including content planning and messaging, establish and maintain the CCG website and social media; draft newsletters and donor updates.
• Event Management – design and manage annual schedule of CCG conferences, seminars, workshops, and related events; oversee logistics and outreach; manage registrations and communications.
• Working Conditions – 35 hours per week; hybrid on-campus; visa sponsorship information.
