Helping businesses optimize investments in their members while empowering people to meaningfully engage with their health. At Personify Health, we believe in offering total rewards, flexible opportunities, and a diverse inclusive community, where every voice matters. Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more engaged future.

Who are you?

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on driving results through strong partnerships? We're looking for a TPA Channel Partner Program Manager to lead the charge in shaping and evolving our channel partner programs. In this key role, you'll design and manage initiatives that empower our partners to drive revenue, boost retention, and elevate satisfaction.

You’ll be a champion of operational readiness and program excellence, working cross-functionally to ensure our partners are set up for success. If you bring a background in channel management, a passion for collaboration, and a sharp understanding of the sales process—we want to hear from you.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support and Training: In collaboration with Account Management and Commercial teams, provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure their success and alignment with our business goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of existing partners, developing strategies, in partnership with Commercial teams, to improve client retention, gross margins, client satisfaction, and drive new bookings and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, account management and other internal teams to align efforts and achieve mutual goals.
  • Program Development: Develop channel partner programs, including end-to-end delivery model, and collaborate with Implementation to install the program.
  • Documentation and ‘source of truth’: Own the development and maintenance, and continuous improvements of standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and best practices to ensure operational excellence
  • Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using key metrics. Prepare and present reports on channel partner performance to senior management.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, implementation project management, account management or sales, preferably in the TPA or employee benefits and administration industry.
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, projects, including cross-functional and cross-business collaboration preferred
  • Experience driving projects with minimal guidance, including leading projects from concept to execution
  • Demonstrated success in managing and influencing teams in an ever-changing environment, with a focus on maximizing project outcomes

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

  • Self-Starter: Expert at defining and driving project plans with minimal guidance, able to initiate and advance projects from minimal direction in an organized and effective manner
  • Maximizer Skills: Skilled at elevating team performance by coordinating efforts, optimizing workflows, and driving projects to successful completion—ensuring high-quality outcomes without needing to be hands-on with every task
  • Futuristic Thinking: Ability to envision and design forward-looking solutions while strategically leveraging current resources to drive execution
  • Cross-Pillar Collaboration: Deep understanding of how products and services interact across business pillars to create seamless integration and collaboration
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to evolving business needs and priorities

No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!
