The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead division-wide initiatives under the direction of the Program Director, PI, or Department Chair. You will guide the team to achieve program goals and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling resources, recruiting staff, developing materials, and coordinating outreach and meetings. Strong communication, project management, and regulatory compliance are essential.
Work independently, under the direction of the Program Director, Principle Investigator, or Department Chair to manage the activities of a division-wide or department-wide program. Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
