Position Summary
The CalAim program manager oversees UBH’s CalAim program, serving as the primary contact for managed care plans related to Housing Navigation, Tenancy & Sustaining Services, Housing Deposits, and Day Habilitation services. The role involves managing Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) for homeless families, focusing on improving stability across health, housing, employment, education, and family wellness, while ensuring access to entitlement benefits and mainstream resources.
The manager supervises day-to-day operations, including staff performance, contract compliance, QA audits, budgeting, and outcome tracking. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and community partnership development to support housing stabilization and service linkage.
