Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of program execution, customer engagement, and contract performance.
  • Lead and manage geographically distributed teams of ISR operators, intelligence analysts, logisticians, trainers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure program compliance with all technical, financial, security, and reporting requirements of the prime contract.
  • Oversee the development and execution of project management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated master schedules (IMS), and performance metrics.
  • Drive delivery of airborne, maritime, ground, and space-based ISR services and support platforms across the full operational lifecycle.
  • Manage all Technical Direction Letters (TDLs), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and mission-aligned delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government contracting officers (COs), CORs, and technical points of contact (TPOCs).
  • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution across all program domains.
  • Maintain situational awareness of mission priorities and evolving threat environments to align resources and capabilities accordingly.
  • Oversee all subcontractor relationships, quality assurance processes, and change management.
  • Ensure successful transition-in and transition-out planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • This position is a remote position, but requires the applicant to live within a two-hour radius of Doral, FL.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex DoD programs with a focus on ISR, intelligence analysis, or C4ISR operations.
  • Proven experience leading Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) or hybrid contract types.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-functional, international teams and OCONUS operations.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and program lifecycle processes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and briefing skills.
  • Experience implementing mission dashboards, contractor-hosted portals, and data-driven performance management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting USSOUTHCOM, 4th Fleet, JIATF-S, or similar organizations.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML, cloud, or big-data analytics into operational intelligence environments.
  • Familiarity with partner nation training programs and ITAR compliance.
