Job summary

Boston University is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Framingham Heart Study Brain Aging Program (FHS-BAP) operations and related research. You will supervise staff and interns, coordinate study activities, ensure protocol compliance, and optimize data workflows for high-quality research execution.

The role requires an advanced degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of clinical research experience, with knowledge of REDCap, agile management, and AI tools preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree in neuropsychology, psychology, neuroscience, clinical science, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including study coordination or management and neuropsychological testing and scoring.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage concurrent priorities with data quality and protocol compliance.
• Experience with REDCap, agile project management, research software/systems; AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the FHS-BAP and related studies.
• Supervise research staff and interns; allocate work, train, and evaluate performance.
• Serve as primary operational liaison among research staff, trainees, program managers, external study personnel, and BAP leadership.
• Identify operational issues and opportunities to improve processes, tracking systems, and workflows.
