Job summary

Boston University Medical Campus seeks a Research Program Manager II for the Framingham Heart Study Brain Aging Program. This role oversees operations, data quality, and workflows supporting cognitive and brain health surveillance, including neuropsychological testing and adjudication.

The candidate will supervise staff, ensure protocol compliance, and liaise with internal/external study personnel while leveraging AI to enhance productivity and research quality.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree in neuropsychology, psychology, neuroscience, clinical science, public health, or a related field.
• Requires 5+ years of clinical research experience, including study coordination or management and neuropsychological testing and scoring.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee day-to-day operations and improve research processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Framingham Heart Study Brain Aging Program (FHS-BAP) and related studies.
• Supervises research staff and interns, allocates work, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Serves as the primary operational liaison among research personnel and leadership to ensure timely study execution.
