Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or engineering field.
• Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment.
• Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across the full program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders; manage scope, timelines, budgets, and program performance.
• Partner with account management to develop and execute long-term strategies.
• Establish and maintain governance structures for program oversight.
• Prepare statements of work and support approval processes.
• Identify risks and drive actions to ensure successful program delivery.
