Qualifications

• Master's level degree in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Valid Tennessee license as an LCSW or LPC; two years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative functions of treatment services at the BCC.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, performance management, and personnel needs for BCC staff.
• Coordinate referrals, eligibility, and daily decision-making meetings.
