Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Behavioral Care Center in Nashville, TN.

You will oversee clinical and administrative treatment services at the BCC, coordinating with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, VitalCore, and community partners to ensure compliant, high-quality care. The role requires a masters in a behavioral health field, TN licensure (LCSW/LPC) and supervisory experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on trauma-informed practices in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field and Tennessee license (LCSW/LPC) preferred.
• Two years post-licensure experience and prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative functions of treatment services at the BCC.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Davidson County Sheriff's Office staff, VitalCore medical staff, court staff, health department, and community referrals.
• Oversee hiring, supervision, scheduling, performance management for BCC treatment staff.
• Coordinate referrals and eligibility; participate in daily decision-making meetings.
• Ensure trauma-informed care and compliance with licensure requirements.
