Job summary

360 Human Services seeks a Program Manager II in San Bernardino, CA to lead clinical teams, mentor clinicians, and drive quality ABA services. This is a key leadership role that shapes program growth and clinical excellence.

You will provide BCBA-level oversight, supervise BCBA trainees and RBTs, partner with families and interdisciplinary providers, and promote accountability and compassionate care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, and ethical practice.
• Mentoring clinicians and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
