Job summary

360 Behavioral health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead supervision for Behavior Interventionists and assist in developing client treatment plans in a hybrid environment. This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on client care with opportunities for growth.

We welcome both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors who are passionate about mentoring and improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
