Clark College is seeking a full-time, permanent Program Manager B in the Community, Continuing Education & Customized Training department. This in-person role is based at the Columbia Tech Center and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You will oversee departmental operations, budget management, invoices, POs, and records. The position supports the growth of Customized Training and oversees JSP contracts, reporting to the Director.

This position is based in person at Clark College's Columbia Tech Center location and typically works Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position is responsible for overseeing the department's operational functions, including budget management, invoice and purchase order processing, and records management. This position also supports the growth and administration of the Customized Training program and its processes, while assisting with oversight and compliance for the Job Skills Program (JSP) contract. The Program Manager B reports to the Director of Community, Continuing Education & Customized Training.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary Range: $4,746-$6,384/month | Step A-M (commensurate with qualifications and experience) | Range: 51 | Code: 107S
Successful candidates typically start at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
