Program Manager (Associate Deputy State Director, Land Transfer and Cadastral)

You will serve as a Program Manager (Associate Deputy State Director, Land Transfer and Cadastral) with the Bureau of Land Management, in Anchorage, AK. First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate. Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) rate of 1.49% is authorized.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Supervise and lead the Branches of Adjudication and Cadastral Survey within the Division of Lands and Cadastral for the Alaska State Office. Work with multiple internal and external parties to successfully implement the Cadastral and Adjudication programs.

Serve as senior advisor to State and National leadership; propose unique and creative solutions for complex and sensitive land management issues and projects. Establish strategic objectives and ensure compliance with federal statutes, regulations, and policy for the Land Transfer, Cadastral, and Adjudication Programs.
