The Program Manager with Secret clearance will serve as the senior program management lead supporting a reimbursable IT managed services organization that provides infrastructure, platform, and application services to the U.S. Army. This is a fully on‑site position supporting operations across the Roanoke and Radford, Virginia area ‑ no remote option is available. The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT service programs across Army Enterprise Data Centers (AEDCs) both CONUS and OCONUS, as well as within cloud‑hosted environments through commercial cloud service providers. This role requires a seasoned DoD program management professional with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior government stakeholders, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and other Army customers.
