We are looking for a Program Manager to own regional program operations, employer partnerships, and outcome reporting as AWA enters a phase of rapid expansion — with particular focus on the construction-ready pathway.This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of workforce development, employer engagement, and data-driven program management, ensuring that AWA delivers measurable impact at scale.

$118,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
