You will drive long-term efficiency improvements, influence technical direction, and bring clarity to problems that span multiple engineering and cross-functional organizations at scale.

  • Define and track technical metrics and program health indicators that illuminate systemic problems, empower teams, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in highly complex and ambiguous technical domains
  • Experience developing and driving program strategy for portfolio-defining initiatives, including defining program structure, managing cross-organizational dependencies, and leading teams through significant change

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience influencing external stakeholders or shaping policies in addition to internal organizational strategy
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
