Program Manager, BookedSolid AI (Email and LinkedIn Outreach)

Perfectus Labs is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our flagship BookedSolid AI program. BookedSolid AI is an outreach and growth program that combines AI-driven prospecting with proven strategies to help businesses consistently generate qualified meetings and new clients through cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

This is a senior role perfect for a proven leader who excels at managing teams, owning client outcomes, and scaling operational systems in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of BookedSolid AI clients. You will lead and develop our team of Account Managers, serve as the primary escalation point for clients, and act as the final authority on quality control. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring consistency, driving client retention, and shaping the future of one of the fastest-growing AI-powered outreach programs in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and train the Account Manager team, ensuring delivery meets program standards.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

  • Join client kickoff calls to set strategy, align on ICP definitions, and establish expectations.

  • Approve and sign off on all client ICPs, cold email and LinkedIn messaging, AI training, and testing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain training resources, playbooks, and SOPs for the team.

  • Define and track KPIs for client success, retention, and outreach campaign performance (e.g., open rates, reply rates, meetings booked).

  • Identify and implement improvements to program workflows, processes, and systems.

  • Partner with leadership to expand program features and service offerings.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, client success, or operations, with a strong focus on B2B lead (agency or SaaS ).

  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing client-facing teams.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.

  • Proven ability to develop and critique high-performing cold outreach messaging and sequences.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
