Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking a Program Manager to lead small to mid-size production programs for aircraft components at our Nashville site. You will act as the primary liaison for external customers and steer programs from production through to final delivery.

The ideal candidate has a business or engineering background with hands-on program or project team experience; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering (or associate’s +3 years, or 6 years experience in place of a degree).
• 3 years of experience in a project or program team environment.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-size production programs for commercial, business, and military aircraft components.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external customers and guide programs through production to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget program performance.
